Never, never, never! Never had a chance to try the food because we were never seated and based on how we were treated we'll never return. We had reservations and to be fair they seated us right on time but at a table right next to the kitchen/service doorway. When I asked for a different table I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, so we ordered drinks at their bar. 10 minutes turned into 20 and then 30. We had no contact from our anyone during this time other than the bartender who at first told us our drinks were being comped for the inconvenience. Nice touch but hold on within minutes we were told it was the group at the other end of the bar that had the comped drinks, So Sorry! During our time at the bar a number of what appeared to be regulars came in and were seated. Okay certain perks come with being a regular I get that but at least stop by and try to make me feel wanted. So just shy of the 40 minute mark we decided to pay our bar tab and leave. It was only when we had actually walked out of the restaurant that someone made contact with us to inform us we could be seated promptly. It seemed an obvious case of "fool me once" so we left never to return.

Very nice and tasty italian restaurant, however a little pricy. I understand that many veal and fish dishes, including chicken could cost $24.00 and up, however one would expect a simple pasta dish such as white clam sauce (absolutely delicious I must admit) would cost less and one could expect a little more "price variety" on the menu. Do they realize there are only 5 entrees priced below $18.95 and they are all simple pasta dishes? Entrees were delicious all around the table, desert was less to be desired. The bartender was great. I will return for sure...

I like restaurants where the owner personally comes over to briefly chat..ask how the meals were etc. Jose really gave us that personal touch here. Its a new spot..maybe 3 months old...and the entrees are very good. we started with mozzarella sticks as an appetizer.... I had the reliable veal parm...it was delicious . My wife had the Mediterranean shrimp..served with spinach and tomato....served over angel hair. less successful were the rolls and bread..nothing special. My Manhattan cocktail was too weak.....but the main events were very delicious and large! cheesecake for dessert was OK. Our waiter cristopher was a pro. I'm sure this place will continue to get better.

Pleasant surprise; we stumbled on this place when our first plan was foiled by a vacation closure. Excellent service, and a really pleasant meal. Our server was great. We had the eggplant rollatine, Chilean sea bass special, and rigatoni with broccoli and were satisfied with everything. No complaints, and the price was right!

Very good food. This restaurant carries menu of the old Arturo's Delicious food. Bread could be improved upon but the meals are delicious. Shrimp Mediterranean Diablo is excellent. Will definitely be a regular place to dine on the island.

After reading a few of the reviews I was apprehensive to take my guests but couldn't be more pleased that we did. About the only negative I read that proved out was sub par bread but plenty of it and the oil and parmesan cheese made it fine. Our waiter Owen was seasoned, had great suggestions, attentive and was a huge asset to our dining experience. Owen recommended thin sliced filet appetizer that was simply amazing. In spite of the great recommendations, 4 people had 4 different meals and all were very good. In addition, water always full, several additional service people asked if we needed refills on drinks etc. Great team work! I will definitely be back. Pilgy

Tonight (9/21/2015), we decided to stop in to Ciao Bella Ristorante Italiano. It is tucked away in a small plaza. Do NOT let that deceive you. It is a very nice restaurant with a full bar. Our waiter was exceptional and he was training a new staff member. They were very understanding and helpful with our dietary guidelines of no bread/pasta/potatoes. The food was excellent! I ordered the special, flounder on a bed of spinach with mixed vegetables and Caesar salad. Best tasting flounder I have had in years. My wife ordered their house special stuffed porkchop with mixed vegetables and house salad. The stuffed porkchop was huge and delicious. I had to help her finish it ;) We did splurge a bit and split a piece of the Key Lime Pie. It was outstanding! Highly recommended. We will go back before we go home.

I thought it was very good...food quality, atmosphere and service were really nice. It was also nice to be checked on by the owner...I will go back on our next visit. BEST keylime pie I have ever tasted!

I am sorry to say, our dining experience was disappointing. After dining at Arturos for years and loving it, we were excited to try his new restaurant. Upon arriving, the owner (older female?) was behind the counter running a credit card, barking orders at the staff, and never even acknowledged us. Finally, after a few minutes, she just walked off. Five minutes later, a pleasant young staff member came over, greeted us, and seated us. We were waited on promptly, bread, olive oil, and a bowl of parm cheese was put on our table. The bread tasted like it was store bought (not home made) but the olive oil and parm cheese were delicious. Wine list was nice and served promptly. We both had the Caesar salads, which were not very good. Lettuce was very tough, not cut up in bite size pieces, croutons were hard, and the dressing did not taste home made....tasted like Supermarket grade dressing. I ordered the chicken picatta served over spinach instead of pasta. It was good, but not great. Chicken was real tender, sauce was a bit heavy, and capers were enormous. Hubby got chicken marsala....was average...did not taste homemade. Service was good, but rushed. Did not have dessert. Atmosphere was casual with cross between pizza place and sports bar. Definitely not upscale. Prices were upscale. I miss the old Arturos!!!!

Very good service, the chef even came out to make sure our food was satisfactory. Reasonably priced and the food was good.

Great food & service! The Chef came to the table to make sure everything was ok. My kids loved the bread, mozzarella sticks, spaghetti, & ice-cream. They had 25% off all night. It's nice with live music.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
